Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Hunmi Hosting ("we", "us", "our"), registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 94813221, with VAT number NL005110220B61, located at Gerard ter Borchstraat 27C, 4703NL Roosendaal, The Netherlands.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• Services — All hosting services, including but not limited to game servers, web hosting, VPS, domain registration, and related services provided through hunmihosting.com.
• Client — Any natural or legal person who registers an account and/or purchases services.
• Account — Your personal account on our platform.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Services and Delivery

We strive to provide continuous, reliable hosting services. Upon payment, services are provisioned automatically where possible. We target a 99.9% uptime SLA but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise. Dutch VAT at the applicable rate (currently 21%) will be added. Payments are processed through Mollie. We accept iDEAL | Wero, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Bancontact, SEPA bank transfers, and other methods available through Mollie.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services, including but not limited to game servers, web hosting, VPS, and domain registrations. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to: host illegal content under Dutch or EU law; distribute malware, spam, or phishing content; perform DDoS attacks or network abuse; host content that infringes on intellectual property rights; mine cryptocurrency without prior written consent; violate the rights of any third party.

8. Service Suspension and Termination

We may suspend services for: non-payment of invoices (after a grace period of 7 days); violation of the Acceptable Use Policy; upon request of law enforcement authorities. You may cancel your services at any time via the client area or by submitting a support ticket.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Breda, The Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
